Platinum Pave is a visual masterpiece and is the embodiment of an extraordinary indica. Pheno hunted from more than 500 seeds from Compound Genetics, this Spritzer x Pave cross is high in THC. The vibrantly hued deep green and royal purple buds are dripping with trichomes with sweet diesel and earthy aromas. We use slow cold curing to optimally preserve trichomes, enhancing Platinum Pave's unique terpene profile and flavour. Grown in small batches, strain specific rooms, hang dried, carefully hand trimmed, slowly cold cured, never irradiated, inspected for purity and then carefully hand packaged. 1. Phenohunting We meticulously sort through thousands of plants, relentlessly hunting for the most exceptional genetic expressions until we find phenotypes that meet our highest standards of quality and uniqueness. Our process is driven by a refusal to settle, ensuring only the best make the cut. 2. Plant Nutrition Different strains require different recipes/nutrients and watering schedules when growing. Because of this, Kevin has perfected specific recipes and watering protocols for each strain based on years of tissue and leach analysis and plain old trial and error. 3. Flushing Flushing helps improve the quality of the plant and allows it to finish. Flushing is the act of flushing out all the remaining nutrients from the plant, which is part of the maturation process (and helps enhance anthocyanins, which effects the colour and overall fnished look of the bud). Because we use rockwool as our medium, we can flush more efficiently and thoroughly, leading to a more pure end product that burns better. 4. Pruning BCC aggressively prunes its cannabis plants in a process whereby lower branches of the cannabis plant are pruned/cut in order to focus the plant's energy on the top part of the plant, resulting in fewer but much bigger buds. It negatively effects yield, but we think the quality is worth it.
